鳳雛찜닭 - 安東燉雞料理

鳳雛燉雞是以從前慶尚道安東地區流傳下來的料理為基礎,為了迎合現代人的口味,調整成又辣又甜雙重口味的料理。其實就是又甜又辣版的韓式三杯雞啦 XD
This traditional korean dish, comprises of 2 different flavors, spicy and sweet mix in a wonderful way! You may choose the level of spiciness!





店內環境很舒適~有這種坐板凳的,也有要脫鞋的韓式座位~
Two types of seating available in the restaurant, there are bench seats and traditional floor seats~


飯桌上會附上剪刀可以把韓式冬粉剪小,還會附一碗清淡的酸蘿蔔湯可以中和辣味。燉雞的雞肉很好吃之外,一起料理的蔬菜跟冬粉也是不能錯過,口感極Q的韓式冬粉跟燉煮入味的馬鈴薯配飯一起享用才是一絕啊!吃到剩下大概三分之一盤的時候,可以再加點一份鍋巴飯-볶음밤 (누룽지 냄비밤)放進盤中跟剩下的醬料一起攪拌,非常美味不要錯過喔~
Make use of the scissors, cut up the glass noodles into serving size. The meal comes with a bowl of bland carrot soup, for easing the throat from the spiciness of the dish. We love how this dish comes with chicken, glass noodle and well-marinated potatoes!

✪ How to Order?  




菜單上的 A 是寬冬粉,B 是細冬粉,C 是細的加寬的
Choose menu A for thick glass noodles, menu B for thin glass noodles, menu C for a mixture of both!

燉雞的份量:小份的是半隻雞-建議是二~三人;中份的是一隻雞-建議是三~四人;大份的是一隻半的雞-建議是四~五人
Portion - Small portion is basically half a chicken, serves 2~3, medium portion is a whole chicken, serves 3~4, and big portion is one and a half chicken, serves 4~5!

建議二個人可以點一份볶음밤 (누룽지 냄비밤) 在吃到最後的時候加入盤中,跟剩下的醬料一起攪拌,又是一道美味的佳餚啦~
Ask for a portion of fried rice after finishing 2/3 of the dish! The friendly staff will make use of the sauce from the dish and add in the serving of rice for the tasty 볶음밤 (누룽지 냄비밤) pronounced bok-keum-bap! *slurps*


✪ How to Go?




從 HongdaeJKHouse 出發,出了甜甜圈的大門之後右轉直走,到了大十字路口之後請左轉過馬路,過馬路後繼續直走,在H&M左轉,走個三十秒,鳳雛燉雞就會在你的左手邊二樓喔
Exit from Dunkin Donut, turn right and walk straight. Cross the road on the left when you reach the main cross junction. Walk straight after you cross the road, turn left when you see a H&M . Go straight for about 30 seconds and you'll see it on the 2nd floor on your left!
