鳳雛찜닭 - 安東燉雞料理

鳳雛燉雞是以從前慶尚道安東地區流傳下來的料理為基礎，為了迎合現代人的口味，調整成又辣又甜雙重口味的料理。其實就是又甜又辣版的韓式三杯雞啦 XD
This traditional korean dish, comprises of 2 different flavors, spicy and sweet mix in a wonderful way! You may choose the level of spiciness!

店內環境很舒適～有這種坐板凳的，也有要脫鞋的韓式座位～

飯桌上會附上剪刀可以把韓式冬粉剪小，還會附一碗清淡的酸蘿蔔湯可以中和辣味。燉雞的雞肉很好吃之外，一起料理的蔬菜跟冬粉也是不能錯過，口感極Ｑ的韓式冬粉跟燉煮入味的馬鈴薯配飯一起享用才是一絕啊！吃到剩下大概三分之一盤的時候，可以再加點一份鍋巴飯－볶음밤 (누룽지 냄비밤)放進盤中跟剩下的醬料一起攪拌，非常美味不要錯過喔～
Make use of the scissors, cut up the glass noodles into serving size. The meal comes with a bowl of bland carrot soup, for easing the throat from the spiciness of the dish. We love how this dish comes with chicken, glass noodle and well-marinated potatoes!
